Job Description: GENERAL PURPOSE Under minimal supervision, prepare client invoices in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring proper execution of service lawyer instructions and facilitate a smooth billing process for internal and external clients. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS These essential functions are primary job duties that incumbents must be able to perform unassisted or with some reasonable accommodation.
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED Ability to:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Requires 3-5 years of related billing experience, and an AA degree or equivalent. Professional services accounting experience preferred. The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role, though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity. Washington state compensation range: $73,170.00 to $108,720.00 annually Los Angeles compensation range: $80,780.00 to $120,030.00 annually Oregon compensation range: $70,240.00 to $104,370.00 annually San Diego compensation range: $79,760.00 to $118,500.00 annually San Franciso compensation range: $88,540.00 to $131,550.00 | |
