Manages the environmental health and safety (EHS) function across assigned operations, providing leadership to professional team members and/or supervisors. Is accountable for the performance and results of the EHS team, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address operational challenges and evolving regulatory standards. Provides technical guidance and expertise to leadership, employees, and customers while developing and implementing programs that foster a culture of safety, compliance, and environmental stewardship. Operates with guidance from the director and collaborates cross-functionally to integrate EHS practices into business operations. This position will support the change management and safety integration to the newly construction distribution cener in Waco, GA. Key Responsibilities
