BUSINESS SERVICE LINE: Human Resources REPORTS TO: Director of Human Resources SALARY RANGE: $90,000 - $115,000/annually SUMMARY: The Compensation Analyst will support the organization's total rewards strategy by analyzing, developing, and administering compensation programs that ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with federal contracting requirements. This role evaluates job classifications and partners with HR and Recruiting and leadership to maintain accurate salary structures aligned with government regulations to include but not limited to Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), Service Contract Act (SCA), and the Davis-Bacon Act (DBA). The analyst prepares compensation reports, supports proposal pricing efforts, and ensures pay practices meet audit standards. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency with compensation tools, and the ability to communicate complex data clearly to stakeholders.
