Human Resources Regional Director Location

Overview Partners with and supports the regional team in corporate and regional initiatives of service delivery, driving key business metrics, clinician support and growing core business. Functions as the HR strategic business partner to the team and provides guidance, options and support of human resource functions such as workforce planning, engagement, retention and leadership development. This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $95,000 to $120,000 annually depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
