  • Conduct electrical and optical tests on prototype hardware using automated fixtures.
  • Adhere to safe hardware handling protocols, focusing on ESD mitigation.
  • Follow detailed procedure documents and participate in process retraining as needed.
  • Utilize basic software tools to monitor line flow and part status.
  • Assist with basic triage of failures, collaborating with engineering for troubleshooting.
  • Support the movement and reconfiguration of hardware for R&D purposes.
  • Maintain organization and inventory of prototype hardware.
  • Assist in test equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.

Must-Have:

  • AS in Electronics/Electronic Technology or equivalent experience
  • Experience with electrical and optical testing on prototype hardware
  • Knowledge of ESD safety procedures
  • Proven ability to follow detailed procedure documents and process flows
  • Basic understanding of software tools for tracking line flow

Nice-To-Have:

  • Experience with fiber handling techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a flexible team environment
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
