We are seeking a highly self-driven Junior Hardware Engineer to support system-level testing and diagnostics of networking routers.

This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as the individual will work daily with cross-functional teams to diagnose, track, and resolve issues. The ideal candidate can work independently while effectively coordinating with a large, diverse team.

* Perform system-level diagnostic testing on network routing platforms
* Execute hardware validation, functional, and regression testing
* Identify, isolate, and document system and hardware failures
* Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams (HW, FW, systems, manufacturing, etc.) to resolve issues
* Communicate test results, failures, and debug status clearly and professionally
* Read and interpret schematics and block diagrams to support debugging efforts
* Test and validate networking and routing equipment
* Manage multiple tasks independently and meet schedules with minimal oversight
* Maintain clear, structured documentation of test procedures and results

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to work effectively with others in a large, cross-functional team
* Comfortable collaborating with individuals of different personalities, roles, and priorities
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Self-starter with the ability to work without close supervision
