How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Air Liquide is looking for new college graduates to be part of our Air Liquide Leading Excellence (ALLEX) Rotational Program. This program is designed to introduce new college graduates to the industrial chemical & gas industry. There are 2 engineering program paths (Traditional Track & Base Operations Track)

Traditional Track is an 18 month program consisting of three 6 month rotations sponsored by participating entities (such as; Large Industries, Electronics, Hydrogen Energy, E&C, or Strategic Development) Rotations will vary from Operations, Technical, Project, or Business. Following the successful completion of the program, the ALLEX participant will be placed by their sponsored entity.

Base Operations Track is a 24 month program consisting of three 8 month rotations sponsored by a business line (Hydrogen-Carbon Monoxide production (HyCO) Base Ops Program, Air Separation Unit Base Ops Program, or Electrical Engineering Base Ops Program) designed for individuals that are interested in pursuing a technical path and strengthening and developing their engineering knowledge. Rotations are pre-defined by our technical experts. Following the program the participant will be placed in a plant engineering role before returning to a technical role.

We are looking for you!

  • Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

  • Sign-on Bonus: $10,000.00

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed the company safety standards.

  • Become proficient in the operation and mission of each department and business you rotate through.

  • Complete the rotation objectives for the above areas as specified by the rotation supervisor.

  • Complete the required training as specified for all ALLEX.

  • Prepare and submit a monthly report detailing objectives completed and any issues for that rotation.

  • Complete additional assignments or projects at the request of the rotation supervisor.

Following the successful completion of the program, the ALLEX participant will be placed by their sponsored entity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum 3.0 GPA) is required -types of degrees:

  • ALLEX Rotational Program, Engineering Path (Chemical or Mechanical)

  • ALLEX Base Ops Rotational Program (Chemical, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering)

  • Expected Graduation date of May 2025

  • Program is designed for new college graduates with less than one year of experience

  • Previous co-op or intern experience

  • Ability to provide own daily transportation to/from work

  • Business travel is required in some rotations

  • Must be open and flexible to relocate anywhere in the US during and post program

  • Following the successful completion of the program, the ALLEX participant will be placed by their sponsored entity.
