The Opportunity Adobe Customer Solutions is seeking an inspiring manager to lead a team of curriculum professionals dedicated to delivering world-class customer education experiences. Reporting to the Head of Curriculum Strategy, you will inherit and develop a group of course developers, instructional designers, and technical writers, each with unique skills and specialties. Your mission is to elevate team performance and drive operational excellence. You will foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and inclusivity. This includes implementing strategic vision, improving quality and governance, and ensuring our courseware sets new standards for customer impact and business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with the corresponding manager to maintain alignment, uphold global standards, and advance curriculum development practices. What you'll Do

In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $127,700 - $184,850 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $127,200 - $184,200 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
