We are seeking a master storyteller with an aptitude to take very technical concepts and apply them to simple to digest use cases. The Senior Director of Product Marketing will lead a team of product and technical marketers for the for our Workspace Security portfolio-including email, endpoint, and collaboration security solutions in the development of go to market plans, campaign strategies, and content. Working closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, and corporate marketing functions, this person's focus is to bring to market product stories and use cases that can be packaged into lively campaigns, assets, and thought leadership that ultimately drive demand for the Workspace Security portfolio and increase sales. This person is a subject matter expert and have exemplary leadership skills to inspire their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team and take a pragmatic marketing approach in the end-to-end ownership of new products/solutions market launch (concept, theme, value proposition development, rollout, adoption)
  • Partner with program marketing and corporate teams in defining a holistic demand generation rollout plan - marketing activity mix and campaign readiness
  • Develop thought leadership (work with external research firms to conduct surveys and other research and obtain key data points and factoids that can help promote our solutions)
  • Working with team build sales tools, collateral, and interactive content which clearly articulate the value prop, messaging, positioning
  • Collaboration with Product Management and engineering on product strategy, product roadmap and product go to market
  • Close collaboration with Sales and Pre-Sales teams on marketing launch plans and driving marketing activities to the field

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Marketing, Strategy, Sales, Business roles, or product management
  • Product marketing experience in the Workspace Security domain
  • Exhibit attention to detail and high level of organization skills with the ability to deliver content, product launches, and campaigns in a timely manner.
  • Innovator who is proactive, thoughtful and resourceful with a willingness to tackle whatever task is necessary.
  • Team player mentality with strong consideration for impact on team members.
  • Collaborate and communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and collaborators given the complexities of global large-scale projects, ensuring that operational plans, deliverables and issues and risks are properly addressed.

  • Self-starter, team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative and influencing - ability to create succinct, relevant, innovative and clear ways of communicating
