Working for the industry leader in the risk and compliance management space as a Territory Manager, you will serve as the lead contact for assigned accounts to facilitate customer needs, resolve issues and explore potential revenue opportunities. You will acquire deep knowledge of the risk and compliance industry as well as build skills to demonstrate persistence, increase ability to overcome obstacles and achieve assigned goals. What you'll do:
- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of NAVEX's suite of products and be able to communicate the value of our products with our customer base to meet their immediate and long-term needs
- Be the point-of-contact for assigned SMB accounts and maintain 1x per quarter proactive outreach
- Actively participate in initiatives that allow NAVEX to maintain healthy customer relationships and drive additional revenue
- Manage all upsell and add-on activity for accounts and provide support on complex scoping requests
- Engage Account Executive when customer show interest in expanding their product footprint
- Direct all upsell opportunities to Sales Management for review and follow-through
- Process change requests as needed
- Analyze existing services/contracts to identify portfolio expansion opportunities that will increase a customer's total account value
- Maintain an accurate, well-documented upsell pipeline with reliable forecasting in Salesforce
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation of customer interactions, opportunities and account data in Salesforce.com
- Understand the competition and current industry developments within the compliance space
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years' experience in SMB account manager, Customer Success with quota responsibility or a similar B2B SaaS commercial role
- Meet expected engagement and activity benchmarks for a high-volume SMB book of business
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned upsell quota
- Experience supporting a sales strategy, including the techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment
- Experience in business development activities toward achieving overall customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Windows and Office
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage proactive and reactive tasks effectively and under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate and create strong partnerships with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

Our side of the deal:

- The starting pay for this role is $80,000 per annum and the target variable pay for this role is $15,000. Target variable pay is based on individual achievement factors and is not guaranteed.
