Job Overview: The Specialist, Brand Partnerships is and integral participant in leading Bloomingdale's Integrated Marketing campaigns and external partnerships to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. The Specialist will be actively involved in the strategic planning, communication and analysis of Integrated Marketing campaigns. The Specialist will work closely with peers and leaders to identify strategic partners to integrate into and sponsor major Bloomingdale's campaigns and initiatives. Writing and collaboration skills are critical in this role.

Essential Functions:



  • Drafts partnership and campaign support materials including pitch decks, marketing briefs, and recaps
  • Engage in ideation of concept and development of 3rd party partnerships to creative and marketing teams
  • Traffics all creative elements with external partners, following Bloomingdale's approval process
  • Acts as a liaison with the Legal Office on all contracts related to brand partnerships and activations
  • Facilitates ongoing communication and coordination with partners to ensure that contractual agreements are upheld by Bloomingdale's and our partners
  • Assists in the planning and execution of impactful and experiential in-store activations to support major campaigns and initiatives


Qualifications and Competencies:

Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university

3-5 years direct experience



  • Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner
  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs


Physical Requirements:



  • Requires prolonged periods of sitting, with occasional standing
  • Occasionally requires walking, bending, reaching, hearing and talking
  • Continuous use of computers and other office equipment
  • Frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs.
