As a key member of the team, you will drive initiatives that showcase the transformative power of innovative platforms and offerings to policymakers and critical external stakeholders. Your work will involve navigating complex policy challenges, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and building impactful partnerships to advance the company's strategic goals. This role offers a unique chance to shape public perception, contribute to policy development, and prepare senior leaders for high-stakes engagements, directly impacting the company's success and its ability to innovate responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Design, develop, and execute engaging policy experiences, events, and outreach programs to educate and inform policy stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with external organizations, representing the company at various events, conferences, coalition meetings, and working groups.
  • Support critical engagement with policymakers, trade associations, industry partners, key opinion makers, non-profits, and other influential groups.
  • Prepare senior executives for crucial meetings and public appearances involving third-party groups and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement internal processes to optimize team workflows, enhance cross-functional communication, and foster collaboration.
  • Manage and track budgets for specific programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Create a wide range of communications and policy materials, articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Develop and monitor metrics to measure program success, providing regular progress reports to leadership.
  • Collaborate extensively with internal teams, including Policy, Product, Legal, Communications, and Partnerships, to achieve overarching company objectives.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • 2-5 years of professional experience in government, technology, policy, or nonprofit sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Demonstrated experience engaging effectively with policy stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in managing policy programs and events from conception to execution.
  • Strong understanding of federal and/or state policy-making processes.
  • Exceptional communication and decision-making skills, complemented by strong project management capabilities.
  • A creative-first mindset with a proven ability to ideate innovative solutions and execute them effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strategic thinking, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
