THE ROLE: We are seeking a System/Validation Engineering Manager within the Product Development Group to support Datacenter Accelerated Computing products. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for test hardware, software, and diagnostics design to ensure manufacturing quality, cost efficiency, and validation for AMD's datacenter GPUs. You will collaborate across functions to deliver industry-leading solutions for AI, ML, and HPC applications, focusing on test automation, program management, and manufacturing robustness. Your team will develop and maintain test solutions for lab, manufacturing, and customer platforms to validate product design, fabrication processes, packaging technologies, and compliance with specifications. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills. They excel in collaboration, building productive relationships with cross-functional teams, while also working independently with minimal supervision. Adaptability, clear communication, and a proactive approach to challenges are essential, along with the ability to lead discussions and influence outcomes in dynamic environments. ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, computer, manufacturing engineering, or related technical field.
