Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations. J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, or NASA std's certification may be required within 30 days of hire.

A Program Quality Manager leads the quality assurance strategy for programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements. This role requires a dynamic leader with exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills to drive quality excellence and ensure customer satisfaction across Programs. The successful candidate will embody a growth mindset and be highly adaptable. A passion for driving excellence and commitment to delivering exceptional results are essential.

What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.
  • Exceptional knowledge of standards - AS9100, ISO 9001:2015, CMMI, ISO 14001, ASME, ANSI, EIA, etc.

Target salary range: USD $142,696.00/Yr. - USD $154,401.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
