The qualified individual will support permitting, design, and construction of Solar, Wind, and Battery Storage projects across the country. This position will coordinate with other Civil and Water Resources Engineers to ensure projects are protected from flooding and meet storm-water regulations. Ideal for recent civil engineering (or related field) graduates or individuals with 0-3 years of experience aiming for increasing sustainability practices. Who We're Looking For:

• Graduates holding a bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or related field), eager to apply their knowledge and skills in a real-world setting.
• Individuals with 0-4 years of experience, ready to tackle complex engineering challenges using advanced modeling software.
• Candidates with a strong foundation in technical writing and communication, proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF editing tools, who can develop and maintain relationships with peers, clients, and public agency staff.

Your Role with Us: This is a full-time, in-office position where your work will directly contribute to our team's success. You will be responsible for a range of tasks from hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to preparing detailed reports. While this role does not have supervisory responsibilities, it offers a pathway to significant professional development within a supportive and energetic team environment.
