Job Description The ideal candidate will work from our Jasper, IN headquarters and manufacturing locations. Job Responsibilities: Review manufacturing processes and implement process improvements leveraging Lean manufacturing principles Create standard work to document process Participate in process improvement events (kaizen) Work with Process Engineers on process automation and robotics Job Requirements: Proficient in MS Office tools Some experience with using CAD systems Basic understanding of Lean manufacturing Currently enrolled in engineering or technology major Location and Work Requirements: Must be local to Jasper, IN Required to work onsite at the Jasper Corporate Headquarters and manufacturing locations Job Requirements The ideal candidate will work from our Jasper, IN headquarters and manufacturing locations.
