Who Are We? What You'll do: Groundswell is seeking a Lead Agile Release Train (ART) Engineer/Advanced Scrum Master to support a mission-critical Department of Defense SAP program. This role serves as the senior SAFe execution leader responsible for driving alignment, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement across a large-scale SAP Agile Release Train (ART). Operating within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), the ART Engineer partners closely with Product Management, SAP functional and technical leadership, Scrum Masters, and government stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution while meeting DoD governance, security, and contractual requirements Key Responsibilities

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
