Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential - and people too. With a culture that's all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology - and careers - to the next level.

Behind the world's most enterprise-ready AI Data Cloud are thousands of brilliant, dynamic, and ambitious people. On the Talent Advocacy & People Programs team at Snowflake, we don't just tell people we're a best place to work (even though we literally are); we show them.

We're looking for a Talent Ambassador. You're a content connoisseur, strategist, and technical storyteller mixed into one who sees an empty grid as a canvas. You aren't just "posting on social media." You're building a movement to attract the world's best engineers, builders, and thinkers to join Snowflake through short-form video, authentic storytelling, and FOMO-inducing digital moments.

You have the passion, we have the people and culture. Let's make something that stops them in their tracks and mid-scroll.

A portfolio is required for consideration.

AS A TALENT AMBASSADOR AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
  • Direct the Narrative: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form video content for Snowflake's corporate social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube).

  • Protect the Aesthetic: Maintain a consistent visual style and tone of voice across all content, ensuring it aligns with Snowflake's brand identity and guidelines.

  • Amplify Authentic Stories: Partner cross-functionally across Snowflake to uncover and source authentic employee stories and experiences, aligning them with key programs, events, and campaigns.

  • Build Global Relationships: Scout and curate a worldwide network of like-minded ambassadors to scale your reach and impact in every Snowflake, across every time zone.

  • Integrate (and Create) Trends: Evolve our video strategy by experimenting with the latest social media trends and figuring out how Snowflake can lead the conversation to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Be the Ultimate Collaborator: Partner on company-wide campaigns with stakeholders across various departments, including Social, Brand and Creative, Workplace, and Talent Acquisition.

  • Obsess Over the Stats: In true Snowflake fashion, you'll be data-driven. Analyze engagement metrics to measure success and optimize every asset for maximum impact.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
  • 1-3 Years of Hustle (and Heart): Proven track record of building a brand (your own or for another company) with the ability to grow an audience and keep them coming back for more.

  • Technical Eye: Possess a strong understanding of frame composition, lighting, and studio tools, and the ability to turn raw footage into short-form hits.

  • Main Character Energy: Perfect blend of director and host. You're just as comfortable behind the camera calling the shots as you are in front of it.

  • Zero Hesitation: See a commotion or something interesting? Dive in, ask the right questions, and hit record. Don't wait for a script, recognize the moment and turn it into content.

  • Creative Translation: Translate complex technical concepts and corporate initiatives into human, FOMO-inducing narratives.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Film, or Communications (or equivalent experience).

Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company's confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data. Snowflake employees must abide by the company's data security plan as an essential part of their duties. It is every employee's duty to keep customer information secure and confidential.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we're scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
