Position Purpose The Functional Requirements Analyst III supports the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) Joint Program Office as a senior logistics subject matter expert, ensuring that operational requirements for transportation and logistics are accurately captured, refined, and translated into disciplined, actionable functional designs. This role provides stewardship over requirements spanning airlift, sealift, surface transportation, and the broader Defense Transportation System, enabling alignment across joint stakeholders and predictable delivery within an Agile governance environment. What Success Looks Like Success in this role is demonstrated by clearly defined, traceable requirements that reflect validated operational needs; well-facilitated stakeholder forums that drive timely decisions; and functional designs that enable development teams to deliver compliant, mission-aligned capabilities.
