We're looking for a Client Relations Account Manager to join our ever-evolving team to help us unleash the potential of every business. About the team The focus of this team is to act as primary liaison for the service side of the client relationship including responsibility for relationship management and service delivery for one or more assigned clients strategic to the Enterprise. What you'll own * Ensure a positive and consistent relationship for one or more assigned clients * Serve as point of contact to support problem resolution and ensure client retention * Develop strong working relationships with assigned clients and Worldpay resources * Coordinate with clients, relationship managers and other appropriate areas to ensure clients are properly serviced, paperwork is properly executed, and all operational arrangements are in place to service assigned accounts What you'll bring * The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, both internally as well as externally * Organizational and time management skills * Broad knowledge of Worldpay products and related services * A strong aptitude to analyze and solve problems Prior banking, merchant services or finance related experience a plus What makes a Worldpayer What makes a Worldpayer? Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $79,400.00-$116,975.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale.
