A polished and proactiveVIP Coordinatorwho ensures our most valued guests receive personalized, seamless experiences from pre-arrival through departure.You'llmanage VIP profiles, coordinateamenitiesand special requests, and serve as the liaison between guests and hotel departments-delivering Loews' signature hospitality at every touchpoint.

  • Collaborative Partner: You work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Concierge teams to deliver excellence.

WhatYou'llDo:

  • Manage VIP arrival and departure details; ensure rooms, amenities, and personalized touches are prepared.

  • Communicate withguestspre-arrival to confirm preferences and special requests.

  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Culinary, and other departments fortimelydelivery of amenities and services.

  • Escort VIP guests upon arrival whenappropriate; provide warm, professional introductions to key team members.

  • Respond promptly to VIP inquiries and requests;anticipateneeds and exceed expectations.

  • Handle guest concerns with empathy and discretion; resolve issues or escalate to leadership promptly.

  • Maintain confidentiality and protect guest privacy at all times.

  • Maintainaccurateguest profiles and preference notes in property systems; update for future stays.

  • Prepare daily VIP reports and communicate with relevant departments.

  • Track feedback and trends; provide insights to enhance service offerings.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Preserve the livelihood and reputation of the property bycomplying withlegal policies and requirements.

  • Regular attendance inconformancewith standards.

  • Required to attend/complete all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

  • May berequiredtoworkvarying schedules, including weekends and holidays to reflect business needs.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

  • Regularlylift upto 45 pounds, reach, bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk.

Your Experience Includes:

  • Excellent guest service skills.

  • Advanced computer skills; Opera, Workbook, and Delphi.fdc systems experience preferred.

  • One year of experience in the hotel industry is preferred

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members, leaders and guests.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
