Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Manager to lead operations at our digital print production facility in Cranbury, New Jersey. This role is responsible for safety, production performance, team development, and continuous improvement across the operation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive a strong safety culture with a goal of zero safety incidents
• Improve machine throughput by reducing downtime, setup time, and inefficiencies
• Develop and maintain performance metrics across safety, production, maintenance, quality, and shipping
• Lead continuous improvement efforts across all areas of responsibility
• Ensure SOPs are followed, updated, and improved as needed
• Apply lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, and sustain improvements
• Coach and develop direct and indirect reports; support succession planning
• Plan and allocate labor resources to meet production goals
• Ensure preventive maintenance programs are established and followed
• Hold teams accountable for performance and results
• Promote a positive employee experience on the production floor

You Must Have:

• 5+ years experience in managing a fast-paced, digital production environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive KPI success across Safety, OTS, and Quality for high-order, quick turn production
• Experience training, coaching, and developing teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other leaders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated success with continuous improvement
• Lean manufacturing, experience/formal training

We Would Also Prefer:

• Knowledge of offset printing processes
• Lean manufacturing education or certification
• Experience working in an ISO-certified environment
• ERP experience, including shop floor data collection
• Familiarity with network connectivity in a production environment

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $90,000-120,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
