The Role: The Director, Marketing supports and shares accountability for marketing the Providence family of brands across assigned markets. Working closely with the AVP Marketing (Divisional CMO), this leader ensures the achievement of brand health metrics and marketing objectives. The role provides oversight of marketing campaigns, ensures alignment with brand guidelines, and drives standardization across deliverables and gotomarket processes. The Director leads the development, implementation, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, setting clear goals and collaborating with creative services, digital teams, PR/communications, media, research, and social teams to bring initiatives to life. As a key strategic partner and relationshipbuilder, the Director plays an essential role in shaping marketing strategy, nurturing stakeholder relationships, and driving daytoday execution. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
