Org Marketing Statement Welcome to Parker Industrial Process Filtration At Parker's Industrial Process Filtration Division, we collaborate with our customers to offer filtration solutions for complex contaminant management issues. Our aim is to enhance product quality and safeguard critical equipment against maintenance issues and downtime. The Industrial Process Filtration Division directly supports North America. In addition, IPF works with our global Parker Hannifin regional entities to leverage IPF products across the globe. Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies. For more than a century, the company has been enabling engineering breakthroughs that lead to a better tomorrow. Position Summary Responsible for providing technical guidance to customers primarily by telephone calls, e-mails and occasionally travelling to customer sites. This includes addressing customer inquiries regarding cross overs, product selection, product application, installation and operation guidance, and performance issues. Will use the information gathered through these customer interactions to generate new product development ideas and proactively present to management for potential sales strategies. Responsible for maintains ERP system item accuracy of Value Stream, MPC and other categories. Responsible for maintaining product line nomenclatures and new item creations. Assists in development of marketing materials such as brochures and data sheets. Assists in digital marketing needs, such as websphere, to provide product attributes. Responsibilities
