Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift | 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM (Monday - Friday + Saturdays as needed)

The Operator's Checklist

• 6 months to 1 year of crane experience (must be within thepast 1 year)
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to learn multiple positions and adapt quickly
• Steel-toed boots with metatarsal protection required
• Must be able to work nights.

The Jobsite Playbook

• Safely operate overhead cranes to move materials, equipment, and finished products throughout the facility.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, production lines, and storage areas.
• Inspect crane equipment daily to ensure proper working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate clearly with production teams and supervisors during material movement.
• Assist in other areas of the plant as needed, including production support and general labor tasks.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Work overtime as required to meet production demands.
