Department's Website: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: *Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of part-time and adjunct clinical faculty and preceptors. *Coordinate payroll management for part-time clinical faculty. *Analyze opportunities for prelicensure faculty development and mentorship. *Support consistent implementation of clinical course objectives, policies, and evaluation processes across clinical sections. *Assist in monitoring clinical learning experiences to ensure alignment with program outcomes, AACN Essentials, and state board requirements. *Participate in clinical program evaluation activities, including data collection, student feedback, and quality improvement initiatives. *Work closely with the Program Coordinator, clinical course coordinators, and program leadership to support overall program operations. *Participate in clinical faculty meetings, orientation sessions, and program planning activities. *Communicate regularly with clinical partners regarding placement needs, student capacity, and program changes. Coordinate skills laboratory scheduling and operations in collaboration with EMSON finance and administrative staff, and assist with ordering and inventory of clinical and skills laboratory supplies. *Track, analyze, and report program and student outcome data, student and clinical site feedback, and quality improvement initiatives to key stakeholders in alignment with accreditation and state board of nursing requirements. * Work with the Clinical Operations team to coordinate student placement processes, onboarding, and agency-specific requirements. *Other duties as assigned in support of teaching, scholarship, and service missions of the Department of Nursing, College, and University. Consistent on-campus presence is required, and active in-person engagement in departmental and college life is an essential function of this position. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
