Job Description

Job Title: Senior Associate
Locations: Boston, MA | Denver, CO | Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid - 6 days per month in office)

About the Role

The Senior Associate supports ETF operations by overseeing purchase and redemption activity, maintaining strong relationships with authorized participants, and ensuring accurate and timely processing. This role is critical in maintaining operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service for SS&C Registered Fund Services ETF clients.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Review and authorize ETF creation unit purchase and redemption transactions in accordance with standardized procedures
  • Meet or exceed departmental service goals for quality, responsiveness, and processing accuracy
  • Prepare and maintain daily trade logs and supporting quality control documentation
  • Execute administrative processes to facilitate daily securities and cash movements via DTCC
  • Respond to ETF-related inquiries from authorized participants and prospective clients
  • Manage authorized participant agreement execution and maintain ongoing client relationships
  • Develop working knowledge of ETF products to support internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support sales efforts by assisting with prospective ETF client interactions as needed

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in financial services
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with strong Excel skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities

What Sets You Apart (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of ETF industry-related experience
  • FINRA Series 99 license
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Knowledge of hedge funds and/or private equity
  • Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures
  • Understanding of FATCA and tax compliance
  • Experience supporting client relationships and agreement processes

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Colorado: The expected base salary for the position is between $75,000 USD to $85,000 USD. Massachusetts: The expected base salary for the position is between $55,000 USD to $110,000 USD. In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company's discretion.
