Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Client Services Support. This role plays a key part in maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient workspace while providing
support to both clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: On-Call Monday through Friday, Flexible, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain sample coolers to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
• Keep the courier area clean, organized, and free of clutter.
• Accept and process client drop-offs in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with receiving and organizing stock deliveries.
• Support Client Service Technicians with order preparation and related tasks.
• Ship samples in compliance with company procedures and regulations on an as needed basis Ensure supplies are well-stocked and organized for team use.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
• Ability to lift and move boxes or supplies as needed (up to 50 lbs).

Mobility to work in a lab and office setting, use standard office and lab equipment and stamina to stand for extended periods of time; exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects; vision to read printed materials
and computer screens; and hearing and speech to communicate in person or over the telephone.

Work Environment
This position is based in a fast-paced logistics/office environment. The role requires physical activity, including lifting, organizing, and standing for extended periods.
