Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will complete vehicle patrols, stay highly visible, and respond to security-related concerns with calm communication. This is a driving post that requires a valid drivers license and compliance with AU Driver Policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests and tenants by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including guest disturbances, medical calls, and property damage, and request additional support when needed.
• Monitor access points, entrances, and high-traffic areas, assist with crowd flow during peak periods, and support special events with security-related presence and reporting.
• Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and patrol activity, and communicate updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
