Job DescriptionThe Finance Velocity Office (FVO)was created to accelerate Visa's journey toward a worldclass finance function. The team drives finance transformation by improving operating models, modernizing processes, enabling better decisionmaking, and delivering measurable impact across the enterprise. As a Business Consultant, Finance Transformation, you will support strategy execution and transformation initiatives across Finance. This role requires a strong generalist consulting toolkit, analytical rigor, and experience supporting financerelated initiatives, operating model changes, and enterprise programs. You will partner closely with Finance leaders, program managers, and crossfunctional teams to perform analysis, manage workstreams, develop executiveready deliverables, and support the implementation of finance transformation initiatives. The role offers exposure to enterpriselevel transformation work and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to highvisibility initiatives. This position reports into the Finance Velocity Office and works closely with Strategy, Finance Planning Analytics, and Finance Transformation leaders. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.
