Description
As a Senior System Operations Support Analyst, you will contribute to critical operations through reporting, compliance coordination, and process improvements that enhance the efficiency and reliability of grid operations. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to projects focused on operational reporting, compliance tracking, and process improvement. Examples include developing and refining dashboards and performance metrics, supporting event review analysis, improving documentation and reporting workflows, assisting with automation of data retrieval, and coordinating compliance-related activities such as COM-002 tracking and EOP/SRP procedure reviews. Projects will often involve collaboration across departments and provide exposure to real-time operations, regulatory requirements, and data-driven decision-making. The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience. Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
