To Ensure Prompt Evaluation, Coordination & Analysis of Performance & Operational Data for The Regions. Analysis Involves the Identification & Interpretation Of Trends. Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent. Five (5) Years FedEx Operations or Related Experience Which Includes (2) Years of Related Experience in FedEx Operations And/or 2 Years Related Ops. Administrator Experience. Must Possess a Thorough Knowledge of Operations, Policies and Procedures. Good Analytical & Computer Skills. Strong Human Relations & Communication Skills. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent. Minimum Experience Five (5) years related Operational, Business or Analytical experience involving Projects. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Thorough knowledge of operations, policies and procedures. Good analytical and computer skills. Strong Human Relations and Communication Skills. Preferred Qualifications: This position will close 5 PM, March 6, 2026. Pay Transparency: Indianapolis, IN Pay Range: $5662.27/month - $9342.75/month.
