Summary

Manages and administers the Intrastaff payroll and benefits for 1000+ temporary employees. This includes financial auditing, reporting, and analysis, and administers benefits and disability programs for all Intrastaff temporary employees. Involved with preparing the department's budget and monthly financial statements. Develops payroll and benefits reports for distribution to various departments. Functions as a primary resource with external financial and regulatory institutions regarding payroll and benefits-related issues, such as garnishments, retirement, disability, and other employment benefits. Serves as the primary resource person for policy and procedure interpretations and provides advice and guidance to the department and staff regarding employment benefits. Works closely with leadership to design, implement, and administer payroll and benefits programs for all Intrastaff temporary employees. Reports to the Operations and Compliance Manager.

Education

Work requires a Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline; equivalent work experience may be substituted where appropriate.

Work Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of payroll and benefits experience. ADP experience is strongly preferred.

Work requires a working knowledge of employee payroll and benefits policies and procedures, regulatory legislation such as FLSA and FMLA, understanding of benefit plans and provisions.

Salary Range: $24.32 /hour - $40.16 /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
