Description This position has management responsibility for the Project Coordinator/Project Manager/Project Planner roles on their team and will continue to work as a Project Planner on assigned business. For assigned teams, they will act as gatekeeper for all core team projects. Responsible for assisting in the development and mastery of new tools, evolved processes and encouraging the core teams' acceptance of them. The Director, Project Planner is a driver in the financial and vendor aspect of any account, typically on teams which require more finesse and management oversight. Managing financials (yearly scopes, estimates, and billing worksheets), assisting in revenue forecasting and reconciliations, coordinating production, and handling final distribution.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $145,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
