About the Job The Assistant Director, Client Marketing, reporting to the Senior Director, Client Marketing, is a key leader in the marketing department. This role leads the strategic development and delivery of marketing programs aimed at driving repeat business from existing clients. This role is critical to the demonstration of the Marketing function as a growth driver for our business. This role must be led by an innovative, strategically minded, and experienced marketer who is comfortable with ambiguity, is data-driven and results-oriented, and has a proven track record of leading a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders and teams. Skills You Have Adaptive Communication: Formulates strategies to be used to convey complex information about services, products, systems, or processes to targeted audiences; communicates and liaises between technical and non-technical audiences. Campaign Management: Develops marketing campaigns strategy and selects appropriate outlets, delivery methods, and technology/tool to optimize customer engagement and business impact. Demonstrates working experience with campaign management tools such as Adobe, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Unica or similar. Client Experience: Designs, implements, and deploys a targeted, insights-driven, and engaging experience for clients to promote a favorable impression of Northwestern Mutual and foster a long-term relationship. Cross Functional Partnering & Planning: Facilitates collaboration, communication, coordination, and planning with individuals and teams from different functions within the organization, and who have different areas of expertise, to achieve common goals. Learning Agility & Critical Thinking: Pursues learning and obtains knowledge continuously in relevant fields, methods, or technologies in current and future practices; continuously utilizes critical thinking to identify opportunities, execute solutions, and measure impact to constantly improve existing practices and processes based on feedback, lessons learned, and market trends. Strategic Thinking: Uses critical thinking and knowledge of business demand to plan, design, prioritize and execute high impact initiatives and programs. #LI-Hybrid Compensation Range: Pay Range - Start: $94,640.00Pay Range - End: $175,760.00Geographic Specific Pay Structure: Structure 110: $104,090.00 USD - $193,310.00 USDStructure 115: $108,850.00 USD - $202,150.00 USDWe believe in fairness and transparency.
