Qualifications

• Have an RDH license from the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners
• Licensed for local anesthesia and nitrous oxide
• Expected to administer anesthetic and periodontal treatment
• The ability to multitask, take initiative and anticipate the needs of others
• The ability to project a positive, warm and professional image

Responsibilities

• Prioritize patient rapport and outstanding customer service
• Show a strong respect for all of your coworkers, regardless of position
