Your Impact - Conduct basic repair, cleaning and maintenance on Canon Consumer Level Imaging products in accordance with factory specifications.
- Develops skills and proficiencies in order to broaden product knowledge and repair processes, techniques and capabilities. - Performs repairs including servicing/replacing: covers, mounts, switches, and other various parts. - Receives incoming units and performs basic diagnostic test and calibrations. - Performs inspection and evaluates any damage caused by impact, liquid, sand, and tamper damage. - Services unit using factory repair guides, service bulletins, and check sheets About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring - High School Graduates Certificate and some small component assembly, repair, troubleshooting or related experience preferred.
- Pass basic computer and reading comprehension assessment. - Basic computer skills required. - Digital photography experience preferred. - Intermediate hand dexterity and small tool handling ability preferred. - Ability to use measurement equipment and tools such as a multimeter preferred. - Knowledge of electronic theory (i.e. - Ohms law) and DC circuit theory preferred. - Must be 18 years of age to apply.
