Shift: 6 AM - 4 PM (Monday - Friday) + 6 AM - 12 PM (Saturdays)

Floor-Ready Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience operating machinery (preferably in a manufacturing or sheet metal environment)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining product quality and efficiency
• Available to work OT if needed
• Ability to lift 50lbs; comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment

On the Line

You'll operate and maintain sheet metal machinery, ensuring efficient and precise production. You'll also be cleaning 2-inch drilled holes, inserting tubes/sealing tubes, and conducting regular inspections of machines. Other tasks include reading specifications and orders, moving materials, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
