To be considered for this position, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this role
  • Be able to work the schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4 :00 PM


**Responsibilities:**

* Operate large production-class digital printers for high-volume output.

* Manage and operate large-class inserter machines to fold and insert materials into various envelopes.

* Execute diverse mailroom functions throughout the day, adhering to strict, sensitive time schedules.

* Verify print jobs meticulously against provided documentation to ensure accuracy.

* Perform printing, inserting, and postage stamping tasks with precision and efficiency.

* Communicate completion of tasks within defined timeframes to maintain operational flow.

* Work effectively within a 24/7, 365-day operation, handling sensitive information with utmost discretion.

* Maintain a high level of physical activity, including standing for extended periods and frequent movement.

* Lift and move envelope and paper boxes weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.

**Qualifications:**

* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.

* Proficiency with MS Suite (e.g., Word, Excel) for efficient task management.

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and perform tasks requiring physical stamina throughout the entire shift.

* Demonstrated capability to multitask effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, especially when handling sensitive information.

* A professional demeanor combined with strong customer service skills.

* Ability to work a consistent weekday schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 am - 4 pm.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $16.33 to $18.55 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
