Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer - Copilot & Automation

Genesis10 is currently seeking a M365 Copilot Engineer for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $65.00 - 70.00 per hour, W2.

This role will support an End User Engineering Operations team focused on maintaining Exchange, SharePoint, ODFB, M365 Apps, and CoPilot. The engineer will work to develop tools and standards to support continued CoPilot operations, automate processes, and provide self-service tools. The position focuses on enabling effective Copilot usage within M365 apps, supporting Copilot Chat, and integrating AI capabilities into day-to-day workflows while ensuring secure, governed use.

Responsibilities:

• Support and operationalize Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365
• Develop tools and standards for the continued support of CoPilot
• Automate processes and provide tools for self-service where applicable
• Partner with engineering, security, and business teams to improve productivity and reduce manual effort

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to translate business needs into effective Copilot usage
• Experience collaborating with security and compliance teams
• Copilot in M365 Apps (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel)
• Copilot Chat
• Prompt Engineering
• Microsoft Graph API
• Analytical Troubleshooting
