Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6-12+ month contract opportunity. In this role, you will consult on moderately complex initiatives within Business Execution, contributing to large-scale planning and deliverables. The position requires strong data analysis skills and a deep understanding of due diligence and AML/KYC processes to produce accurate metrics and reporting for management, compliance, and audit stakeholders. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office. Responsibilities: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution Contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables Leverage a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution Requirements: 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent Strong data analysis skills with the ability to extract, validate, and interpret data to produce accurate metrics Advanced Excel / data tooling proficiency, including pivot tables, formulas, and data cleansing Understanding of due diligence and AML/KYC processes, including risk ratings and regulatory timelines Strong attention to detail and a quality control mindset to ensure data integrity Ability to understand end-to-end due diligence workflows Excellent reporting and communication skills to translate raw data into clear summaries and dashboards Proven time management and ability to manage recurring reporting cycles and ad hoc requests Problem-solving and investigative mindset to identify data anomalies and root causes Experience collaborating with due diligence teams, compliance partners, and technology Ability to document metric definitions, methodologies, and assumptions Pay range: $53.13 - $60.50 per Hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
