What You'll Do Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including vehicleutilization, ride completion rates, downtime, and route efficiency Develop dashboards and reports to track fleet health, operational bottlenecks, and service quality metrics Identifytrends and anomalies in fleet behavior to proactively address issues before theyimpactoperations Deploy and manageaccurateAI agents for automated data gatheringand predictive analytics Drive process improvements through collaborationwith engineering, product, and operations teams Support demand forecasting andinfrastructurecapacity planninginitiatives Translate complexdatainto clear, actionable recommendations for leadership What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree in BusinessAnalytics, Data Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience in business analysis, operations analytics, or a related field Demonstrated experienceutilizingAI agents or AI-powered tools (e.g., LLM-based assistants, automation platforms, or intelligent analytics systems) in a professional setting Strongproficiencyin SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
