Job Description

The VisaCommercial Solutions (VCS) team is a world-class commercial organization experiencingdouble-digit growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core card solutions.VCS works closely with Financial Institutions, Technology ProvidersandFinTechsto bringpayment solutions and associated servicesthat meet the needs ofSmall Businesses, Middle Market Clients, Large Corporate Clients, Multi Nationals and Governmentsaround the world.

Within VCS, theLarge and Middle Market Segment, Operations and Strategy team is core to Visa's growth strategy in deliveringcapabilitiesthat improve large and middle market enterprise B2B payments beyond our transactional card products.We work across the organization to innovate and deliver new products and services to meet our clients' needs.

We are looking for ahighly motivatedcandidate to work closely withinour as well aswith ourpartners and stakeholders. You will support the business in a broad range of areas includingmarket research and analysis,planning, programmanagementandexecution.

Responsibilities:

Segment Strategy & Planning:

  • Support development and execution of LMM segment strategy, including annual planning, prioritization, and performance tracking.
  • Translate highlevel strategic objectives into clear operating plans, roadmaps, and initiatives.
  • Partner with segment leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, investments, and tradeoffs using datadriven insights.

Operational Excellence:

  • Own and drive core operating rhythms for the LMM segment, including business reviews, KPI dashboards, and executive readouts.
  • Establish and refine processes, metrics, and governance to improve visibility, accountability, and execution quality.
  • Identify operational risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively develop mitigation plans.

CrossFunctional Leadership:

  • Serve as a central point of coordination across Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations teams supporting the LMM segment.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across functions to drive execution against shared priorities.
  • Lead crossfunctional initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring outcomes align with segment goals.

Insights & Analytics:

  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.
  • Develop executiveready insights and recommendations based on performance trends, customer signals, and market dynamics.
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across segment reporting and analysis

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Ability to absorb and process large amounts of information and synthesize into key insights
  • Ability to conduct primary and secondary research expertise, including experience conducting interviews
  • Organized and comfortable creating and executing workplans
  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and identify the most important items to focus on
  • Excellent communication and strong presentation skills, with experience developing presentations conveying insights from data analysis
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with people from various teams and various backgrounds
  • Must be self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Ability to inspire those around you and influence those around you, even without direct management responsibility
  • Qualitative and quantitative horsepower
  • Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
  • The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years' experience in a commercial payments, management consulting, investment banking and/or M&A/Partnerships experience
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 169,100.00 to 270,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
