Position Description

The Human Resources Group Director provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for HR operations across multiple business units, locations, or subsidiaries. This role partners closely with executive leadership to align people strategy with enterprise objectives, operational priorities, and long-term growth plans. The position oversees HR leaders and ensures consistent, compliant, and scalable HR practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute group-wide HR strategy aligned with enterprise business objectives and operational needs.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.
  • Oversee HR governance, policy standardization, and compliance across multiple business units or locations.
  • Provide leadership and direction to HR Directors, Managers, and senior HR leaders within the group.
  • Ensure effective delivery of core HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS.
  • Drive enterprise-wide initiatives related to leadership development, succession planning, and workforce capability building.
  • Monitor workforce analytics and HR metrics to identify risks, trends, and opportunities across the group.
  • Partner with finance, legal, and operations leadership to support labor compliance, risk management, and organizational performance.
  • Lead change management efforts related to mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, or large-scale organizational transformations.
Required Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • dvanced degree and/or senior HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of extensive experience leading HR functions across multiple business units, regions, or complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to partner with executive leaders and influence enterprise-level strategy and decision-making.
  • Deep expertise in HR governance, labor compliance, and policy standardization.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing senior HR leaders and management teams.
  • Strong background overseeing compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and talent management functions.Ability to leverage workforce analytics to drive strategic insights and organizational decisions.
  • Experience leading large-scale change initiatives, including transformations or integrations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align people strategy with operational outcomes.
