Job Overview:
The Technical Maintenance Spares Inventory Coordinator is responsible for organizing and maintaining an efficient spare parts inventory system to support maintenance operations. This role ensures that critical components are available when needed, minimizing downtime and optimizing equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory System Setup: implement a structured spare parts inventory, including categorization, and labeling
Data Management: Create and maintain accurate records of all spare parts, including part numbers, specifications, suppliers, and lead times
Maintenance Support: Work closely with maintenance teams to identify critical spares, forecast demand, and align inventory with preventive maintenance schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:
Technical background in mechanical, electrical, in industrial maintenance.
Experience with inventory management systems (ERP, CMMS, or similar). SAP preferred
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and part specifications.
Excellent communication skills
