Overview
The Water Resources Project Manager will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage project execution, and contribute to strategic business development initiatives within the water resources market. This is a full-time position paid bi-weekly on an annual salary basis. Life at Parkhill

Responsibilities
Lead planning, design, and delivery of water resources projects
Manage projects from proposal through completion, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control Serve as a trusted advisor to clients including municipalities, counties, and regional agencies Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to support regional growth Collaborate with internal teams across disciplines to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions Mentor and support engineers and technical staff Participate in strategic planning and contribute to expanding water resources services in the region - Establish and communicate the project vision, goals, priorities and expectations, ensuring alignment across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Direct and monitor overall project progress using key performance metrics to identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain schedule and quality objectives
- Maintain responsibility for project financial performance, including expenses, labor utilization, revenue, billing and accounts receivable
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships and communications throughout the project lifecycle, building trust through successful project delivery and responsiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Professional Engineer (PE) license 8+ years of experience in water resources engineering Demonstrated experience managing engineering projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams - Strong working knowledge of project financial management, including labor utilization, revenue, billing, and resource planning
Experience supporting business development or market growth initiatives - Project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) a plus
