Step into a role as Provider Partnerships Representative where you will be responsible for establishing new relationships for Bright Horizons Back-up Care, focusing on providers of various care types within a designated territory through telemarketing and related outreach methods. This position will connect with potential provider partners and coordinate their transition to the onboarding team after a partnership is formed. The primary objective is to identify and engage new contacts to support growth initiatives, resulting in expanded provider coverage in targeted markets. This will involve understanding the needs and objectives of business leaders in Provider Accounts, Provider Operations, Program Management, and other relevant roles focused on maintaining sufficient coverage and care for client employees. By forming these new relationships, the role supports the provision of care for employees of clients' partners. Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures: The annual starting salary for this position is $70,000-$75,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
