We are looking for a Program Manager that is responsible for leading, coordinating, and managing the overall success of a program.

The Program Manager II is responsible for cultivating the customer experience and business relationships. This individual serves as the primary program point of contact for the customer and manages all contractual issues including any changes within the program.

Position Responsibilities:

* Cultivate exceptional customer experiences and robust business relationships as the primary program point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

* Manage all contractual aspects, including changes within the program, by employing effective strategies for contract management and swift resolution of issues.

* Excel in multifaceted roles encompassing Customer Relations, Program/Project Planning, Problem Resolution, Risk Management, Program Execution Oversight, Profit and Loss Monitoring, and Business Growth.

* Identify and capitalize on opportunities for new revenue streams and additional business, aligning with company objectives.

* Take the lead role in coordinating proposals, ensuring alignment between customer contracts and Sechan proposals.

* Effectively communicate and translate customer requirements across the organization to facilitate seamless project execution.

* Establish comprehensive project plans, assigning accountability for major milestones, action items, and customer deliverables.

* Manage project schedules and proactively mitigate schedule-related risks to ensure utmost customer satisfaction.

* Articulate project-level financial successes or deficiencies and initiate risk mitigation strategies or leverage lessons learned to enhance long-term profitability.

* Lead or recommend improvements in existing business processes, fostering continuous enhancement and innovation.

* Perform other duties as assigned to drive the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the values of this organization.

Skills & Abilities:

* Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams within a collaborative team structure.

* Proven track record of customer-centric communication, customer satisfaction and business growth.

* Exceptional ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, utilizing [mention specific methodologies or tools, if applicable] to ensure efficient task management.

* Deep understanding and practical experience in various operational domains, including scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, test engineering, and quality systems.

* Strong alignment with company values.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and expertise in sequel database products or relevant software required for efficient execution of responsibilities.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical, business, or financial discipline.

* Knowledge of program management tools and procedures with a minimum of 5 years of experience including bringing new products into production.

* Maintains current in the Program Management and Industry through memberships and achievement certification.

* Familiarity government contracting highly preferred.

* Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

Work Environment:

* Office Environment: Requires physical capability to work in an office environment including sit/stand up to 9 hours a day and use basic office tools such as a computer, copier/printer, etc. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

* Hours: 1st Shift with additional hours as needed to meet demand. Occasional off-shift hours may also be required to provide support to operations.

* 9/80 work schedule.

* Occasional travel may be required.

* Office located in Lititz, PA; with occasional visits to Lancaster Facility.
