THE TEAM: The mission of the AMD Field Engineering Solutions team is to drive AMD share growth by helping customers solve complex business and technical challenges. Our organization serves as the technical voice of the customer, ensuring AMD delivers highimpact solutions that address the industry's most demanding needs. The team partners closely across the organization to support customer enablement through roadmap alignment, technical training, solution development, and successful deployment. THE ROLE: We are seeking a Program Manager to support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of FAE onboarding and training programs. This role focuses on operational excellence, coordination, and delivery-working crossfunctionally to ensure training programs are executed on time, at scale, and with high quality for a globally distributed FAE population. The ideal candidate is organized, detailoriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams while partnering with technical experts, trainers, and stakeholders across the world. THE PERSON: To succeed in this role, you should be selfmotivated, executiondriven, and highly organized, with a strong sense of ownership. You are comfortable building relationships across functions and levels, communicating clearly, and keeping complex programs moving forward. You thrive in fastpaced environments, manage ambiguity well, and bring a structured approach to problem solving and program tracking. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in program management, training operations, or a related field.
