Hourly Rate: $21.85 eligible for quarterly bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am start time, occasional Saturday work.

Job Summary:

The Unit Builder works in teams of 2 people. Two of them lift an encased coil spring mattress assembly, up to 50 pounds or more, from the conveyor and place it onto the waist high table. The semi-rigid foam pieces which are pre-cut are inserted into the perimeter of the spring assembly and are hot glued together. The process is repeated approximately 30 times per hour for a 2-person team. May also be asked to perform other duties, as required by supervisor.

Requirements:
* Must be able to lift 50 pounds with and without help
* Ability to work at a fast pace
* Must be team oriented
* Good upper body strength to lift components of mattress
* Ability to stand / walk for entire shift
* Must be able to work flexible hours, including mandatory overtime on occasion
